Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6° to 15° C— heating will be available during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature ranging from 18° to 20° C.<br><br> Check-in will take place between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (*) We do not have a 24-hour front desk, so please provide an approximate check-in time a couple of days before your arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m., when the cleaning crew arrives. Keys will be left at the location indicated by the Host. Parties or events are prohibited. Access is prohibited for anyone not registered at the property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the property. Pets are not allowed. (*) A late check-in may be requested in advance, between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., for an additional fee of 20 euros, to be paid in cash to the Host in charge of check-in. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and washing machine. It also includes all the kitchenware you’ll need to enjoy your vacation. The living-dining room is very spacious and bright: a pleasant area to relax, unwind, and spend time with others. It features a table, chairs, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds (160x200 cm) and a third with two single beds (90x200 cm), as well as one and a half bathrooms. In addition, the bedrooms are equipped with closets and linens. The bathroom features a shower stall with a glass partition. It is a spacious and very comfortable bathroom, ideal for this type of stay.
