Negative: I rarely leave negative reviews. We have stayed in this cabin several times before and were among its first guests. Moreover, many of my colleagues visited this place based on my recommendation. That is why the difference between the attitude towards guests at the beginning of the business and now is especially noticeable to me. The biggest downside is the attitude towards guests. The second serious issue is ticks. Please be very careful if you are traveling with a dog or small children. The grass around the cabin had not been cut, although for this price it should have been maintained. As a result, both we and our dog ended up covered in ticks. In practice, it was impossible to use the area around the cabin, and we had to stay only on the wooden terrace. There was also an unpleasant situation during check-in: the access code for the cabin was missing. We were lucky only because the code turned out to be the same as during our previous stay. Otherwise, we would have had to wait outside for about four hours. Only after I requested at least partial compensation did we receive an offer. There was bargaining over the amount, and in the end we were refunded 24%, but only after 10 days. At first, the delay was explained by a business trip. Then another reason appeared — we were accused of allegedly stealing a soap dish from the cabin. Later, the owner admitted that this was a mistake and that the accusations against us were unfounded. What is especially disappointing is that instead of solving real problems, guests are forced to justify themselves for things they had nothing to do with. After this experience, we do not plan to return and cannot recommend this place to others.
