At our Gusti apartment, you’ll spend your vacation in a modern, 96-square-meter apartment on a quiet south-facing slope. The apartment is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house and was completely renovated in 2016.
All rooms feature real wood parquet flooring. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a walk-in shower equipped with a rain showerhead. It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 guest restroom, 1 spacious kitchen with a dining area, 1 living/dining room with a panoramic window (you’ll love the view), and 2 large balconies.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed; the living room contains two daybeds that can be used as a sofa and/or as one or two single beds, depending on your needs. The bright tiled stove in the living room is a beautiful feature.
The terrace-sized west-facing balcony opens directly off the kitchen and is perfect for outdoor breakfasts, while the equally large south-facing balcony opens off the living room and the bedroom.
Our “Gusti” can accommodate 2–4 people.
Please note that a flat-rate gratuities (electricity, etc.) of 6.00/day in the summer and 9.00/day during the winter months will be added to the total price.
Our vacation apartments are located on an absolutely quiet south-facing slope, near the forest and directly above Lake Millstatt. Enjoy the magnificent view across the village to the lake and the Goldeck mountain across the way. There are two vacation apartments in the house: the Gusti apartment, which has two balconies, and the Moni apartment, which has a terrace and direct access to the garden. Both were newly renovated in 2015/16 and furnished in a modern style. We offer our guests the Millstättersee Inclusive Card, which gives you free admission to all beach resorts, the Drautalperle indoor pool in Spittal, as well as toll-free access to the mountain roads of the Tschiernock, and much more. On-site costs: Prices include the Millstätter See Inclusive Card, which entitles you to free admission to the beach areas around the lake, the indoor pool in Spittal, and use of roads at the Millstätter Alm that would otherwise require a toll. Electricity and water costs are not included in the price and will be billed separately. Winter: €9 per day; Rest of the year: €6 per day. Additionally, the apartment is considered reserved only after receipt of a 20% deposit.
