Summary: This was my family's first trip to Kobe, and we chose to stay at the Hotel Okura. From the pre-trip email communication to the check-in reception, room arrangement, room cleanliness, the restaurant's ambiance, the quality of the food and service, and the check-out process, everything was surprisingly perfect. Although the hotel has a history, it is very well maintained, making our stay in Kobe extremely comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient to visit Kobe's famous attractions or stroll around town. Even more impressive is its stunning harbor view, offering different scenery at different times of day. My family and I have already agreed to choose the Hotel Okura again on our next trip to Kobe.
