A toilet and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs: A room 'mezzanine' with 1 bed 140 cm + window and a separate bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm + window.
Electric heating throughout the cottage.
Two storey terraces, one south and one north. equipped with tables, benches and chairs. Possibility of barbecue.
