The spacious living room on the entire floor is tastefully decorated and equipped with a large open kitchen, a bar for several guests, a lounge area around the fireplace, and a table suitable for family or friends' meals.
From this unique room, outdoor access is directly through 2 balconies equipped with garden furniture and heated radiators in winter.
