Located in the quiet Bec de l'Aigle district, approximately 400 metres from the Font d'Alagnon ski lifts, this magnificent property offers you over 4 levels all the comfort dreamed of for summer or winter holidays with family or between groups of successful friends.
Access to the house is via stairs leading to the terrace or through the garage where you will find storage spaces for bikes, ski equipment..... You can park your vehicles on the side of the road in front of the property.
The first habitable level will offer you a leisure space with pool table, darts game, bar area, games room for children, an XXL laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (8kgs).
The second habitable level consists of a magnificent and very welcoming dining room open to the equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators including one with a freezer, SENSEO and NESPRESSO coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, raclette and fondue machine, toaster, kettle,...). A functional fireplace with wood and lighting equipment adds character to this room.
