Chalet familial et luxueux de 450m2 situé sur un vaste terrain surplombant la vallée de Chamonix pour offrir une vue extraordinaire et une intimité rare. Vous apprécierez notamment ses espaces confortables et décorés avec soins que ce soit dans la partie moderne de cette ancienne ferme ou dans ses pièces authentiques entièrement rénovées. Ce bien est entièrement équipé pour tous les membres de la famille avec son spa (sauna/jacuzzi), son cinéma, sa large terrasse, et ses salons avec cheminée.
Orienté sud-est et construit par des montagnards piémontais entre 1775 et 1777, le Chalet Peter Pan était à l’origine une ferme d’alpage, et l’est demeuré pendant les 200 ans qui ont suivi sa construction, avant de devenir une auberge dans les années 1940.
Au Rez de chaussée vous trouverez une partie authentique de la ferme d`origine avec une salon confortable, une salle à manger et un bar pleins de charme puis une partie plus moderne avec un cinéma, un ensemble cuisine suréquipé, grâce à une arrière cuisine bien doté et un piano de cuisson professionnel, qui se prolonge sur une salle à manger et un salon moderne autour d`une cheminée et une grande baie vitrée donnant sur le massif du Mont blanc.
Au 1er se trouvent 4 chambres dotées chacune d`une salle de bain moderne dont 3 chambres de couples comfortables et une chambre familiale dotée d`un lit de couple et de deux lits simples.
Au 2ème se trouve un loft ambiance `refuge de montagne` avec ses lits alignés, ses deux salle de bains ainsi qu`une zone de jeux et de partage.
L`extérieur est constitué du jardin de 4km2 autour de la maison, d`une grande terrasse en bois surplombant la vallée, d`un spa comprenant un jacuzzi avec vue et un sauna complété par une `ski room` pour tout votre materiel de montagne et d`un grand espace privé pour le stationnement.
Une petite route vous amènera en quelques minutes du chalet au centre des Houches où vous trouverez l`ensemble des commerces nécessaires à votre séjour (supermarché, station essence, office du tourisme, pharmacie, loueurs de ski, etc...) ainsi qu`un accès rapide au domaine skiable des Houches et à l`autoroute par laquelle vous pourrez rejoindre Chamonix en une dizaine de minute.
En amont vous trouverez de jolis bois pour d`agréables et accessibles balades à pied vers les alpages de Charousse.
Le chalet est doté de 3 places privées de parking extérieures sur le terrain ainsi que d`un garage pour 2 véhicules.
