The estate features a large 10m x 5m swimming pool that can be heated by a heat pump, allowing its use to extend into April and October. The fully air-conditioned farmhouse has 5 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, plus a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining room, and a living room with a large fireplace (not functional).
