Welcome to our 110 m² home, a true haven of peace where you’ll quickly forget you’re in the city. As soon as you step through the door, the atmosphere is unique: the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the many tropical plants, the majestic Monstera and the lush garden create an almost exotic ambience. Between the terrace and the swimming pool, you’ll immediately feel as though you’re on holiday.
The house can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of friends. It features three bright bedrooms, bathed in natural light, including a children’s bedroom with bunk beds. Two modern bathrooms, both fitted with a shower and a window, offer a high level of comfort. A superb staircase in exposed concrete adds a contemporary architectural touch that gives the house its unique charm.
The spacious living area, with its fully equipped open-plan kitchen, opens directly onto the terrace and garden. It’s the ideal spot to share a meal, soak up the sun by the pool or simply relax in this unique, leafy setting. A utility room, accessible from the terrace, is also at your disposal.
The house is ideally situated for exploring Bordeaux without a car. The tram stop (Brandenburg) is just a minute’s walk away.
Parking is particularly easy in the neighbourhood, with plenty of free spaces. There is also a public swimming pool just 5 minutes from the house.
