Take a break and recharge in this oasis of tranquility in the heart of the city center, in a newly renovated penthouse with a unique location, and unwind with a drink, sunbathing, and al fresco dining on a magnificent terrace overlooking the city rooftops and the Ghirlandina. You’ll also have access to the property’s panoramic terrace, which spans over 50 m. You’ll be staying on Piazza Pomposa, in the most impressive and charming corner of the city.
This beautiful loft features a unique terrace where you can sunbathe and dine while admiring the Ghirlandina and the city’s rooftops. This unique residence has been completely renovated. You enter through a spacious foyer; a vertical wood paneling feature leads you to the fully equipped kitchen, which features an induction cooktop, dishwasher, two ovens, and a double-door refrigerator. The living area includes a large sofa, an utility room, and a magnificent terrace overlooking the Ghirlandina and the rooftops of Modena. In the sleeping area, you’ll sleep in a large double bedroom with a private terrace and a ceiling featuring 17th-century wooden beams. There you’ll also find another bedroom with a bunk bed and its own mosaic shower. Upstairs, a 50 m² private terrace awaits, where you can sunbathe, dine, and enjoy an aperitif.
The penthouse is located on the third-and-a-half floor; there is no elevator. The stairs are wide and comfortable, and if you need help carrying your luggage, I’ll be there in person to assist you during both check-in and check-out.
